Very friendly n helpful staff, especially Sal, who always greets u with a lovely smile n makes u feel very welcome, n very helpful.

Really flexible with dates and times when things were up in the air, great proactive communication via text email and call and lovely staff at the site (special mention to Lewis)

Customer service was brilliant

The whole experience actually, from finding me a unit, pricing and the contracts signing. Sal was fantastic and so lovely.

Sal went above and beyond at all stages of the process, from helping reserve my space on the phone (even when initially there wasn’t availability on the website) through to sorting me out in-person with all the information I needed about using the facility. Their friendliness was contagious, and made what could have been some dry admin completely the opposite! These interactions alone would make me recommend this location to anyone who needs storage.
