Very easy to deal with, also when we arrived Dan (Coleman)was exceptional. So helpful in every way nothing was too much trouble all this done with a very cheery disposition. A real asset to the Company.

Quick, easy, helpful staff. It was good that we could pay for the out of hours access as that is easier for me to use. The trolleys and lifts made the move effortless, and it was good that the room has security that you can turn off whilst you are there and then turn back on when you're leaving.

The lady Vicky at Ashton Gate was very helpful whenever I called up and made changes. She signposted me to getting a larger room which would cost less than 2 rooms or a smaller room.
