It was easy to register online and not expensive for the purposes we require which is only a short term storage.

Quick, easy, helpful staff. It was good that we could pay for the out of hours access as that is easier for me to use. The trolleys and lifts made the move effortless, and it was good that the room has security that you can turn off whilst you are there and then turn back on when you're leaving.

Friendly staff, student rates, good value, price matched my insurance. Good locations in Bristol too.

The lady Vicky at Ashton Gate was very helpful whenever I called up and made changes. She signposted me to getting a larger room which would cost less than 2 rooms or a smaller room.

Kim the store assistant was fast and lovely to talk to. It was relatively easy to store my things with the trolleys and parking available.

Very helpful & prompt reply to my email enquiry, including a follow up call. Lisa at Ashton Gate site very helpful & friendly & gave useful advise re required storage size. All in all a very easy & stress free process.

The online account registration and friendly staffs made it a lot easier than it initially appeared to me.

Easy to organise originally, online check in was easy and made check in on the day very quick. Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged an upgrade in room size for us on the day.
