Check in straightforward, clean, colour branding of everything enhanced professionalism. Chose it because of proximity to where we were based. So glad we did. Jeannine is the star, knows everything about the unit and answered all the questions and gave us all the options. From walking through the door and meeting Jeannine to check out, staff went extra mile to make the process easy at a stressful time for us in between homes. Vicky and Lee also very helpful and professional.

Ease and speed of process
Easy to arrange, front desk staff friendly and helpful. Downsides: insufficient heating in main building, no lighting in units, racking very expensive. I bought the same online for a quarter of the price. Perhaps you should offer it as a cheap hire option.
A slight hiccup over the quotation reduced 10 to 9. It was sorted in the end so I have got good value.
