Both members of staff I dealt with (Joe and Jeanine) we're incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Making the process quick and very easy. The customer service I received from start to finish, was by far some of the best I have encountered in any environment.

Both Harley and janine were brilliant. I enquired online and with in minutes had very friendly phone call from janine . She gave me a very detailed breakdown of cost and I really felt she was giving me the best deal. On arrival Harley was brilliant! He showed us round and made my dad a cup of much needed coffee. Very happy with the customer service and the unit is exactly what I needed. Thank you to both members of staff that helped me in booking my first unit. Will definitely use this company again.

Very efficient and friendly staff who explained in detail all the information and repeated information when I was unsure what was meant. The location is great with plenty of parking and easy access when loading belongings into the storage and security is taken very seriously so I feel safe my locker is secure.
