From the first moment I contacted Big Yellow, I found Jeanine McConn, the Assistant Manager, to be really helpful. Her understanding of my needs was really appreciated. I was also impressed with Hayley Mumford, the Sales Adviser, as well. He helped me on my second visit and graciously made me a cup of coffee which was very much appreciated.

Rang up first, lady on the phone very helpful, came down later a young man again very helpful, help me with my form, made me a nice cup of tea, shown me round the place. Harley and Jeanine. Hope i got the names right, it was Friday afternoon 22nd September.
