I saw Janine the assistant manager at Bristol Wonterstoke Road who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Vicky and Janine could not have been more helpful from my first online enquiry though their follow up phone calls and again yesterday when I took up the storage space.

Online check in was easy - Vicky at the store was professional, helpful and the customer service she provided was excellent (found me a room on the bottom floor!).

I have a 75 sq ft room, the price for the first 8 weeks is great but after that it is very expensive.

Easy to arrange. Good customer service. Jeanine at Ashton Gate was very welcoming and helpful!

Expected to pay ~£40 for 8 weeks storage ended up paying £60

I have had a storage unit for some time, and recently up-sized due to hopefully an imminent house move. This have given me much needed time to sort and de-clutter. Advice was fantastic, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Units are clean, and whole set-up professional.
