Great customer service, good deal and value for money.

I am a returning customer. I was looked aftet by Jeanine who was not only helpful but polite, curtious and was very understanding to my needs. Any questions that i had were answered and Jeanine also explained everything i neede to know.

Jeanine was very helpful during our move into the unit. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeanine.

Since my initial telephone contact with Jeanine and Lee at Ashton Gate to my first visit and throughout, I have found them both to be highly professional, efficient, helpful and friendly and all my queries were answered and my requirements met. We arrive daily after 5pm last Friday due to a family emergency. Your employee Jeanine went above and beyond our expectations to help us; , she was a god sent and a real star. We got the room we needed, and my daughter arrived later in the evening all was well. Jeanine even gave us her mobile number in case of problems. She's a real star employee.

Both Jeanine and Vicky were extremely helpful. They found me the perfect sized storage space at a price I could afford. They also showed me how to work the security code and sold me a padlock.
