Janine was very helpful and super nice the entire time, I was well looked after and help was provided whenever I needed it.

Jeanine was friendly very helpful & i felt i was looked after & given a good deal.i feel my goods r secure &readily available 2 me i rented a 50ft locker which has allowed me 2 free up space at home b4 i move

I was helped out by a very kind lady called Jeanine. I was running late and I called in to make sure I would be there on time. Despite being a bit late, Jeanine told me that she would stay outside her working hours to make sure I received my key and all my paperwork was filled in as I was leaving early the next morning. She was very gracious and took her time to make sure I was satisfied. I am very pleased with the service provided by this particular employee.

The storage facility is very easy to use and setting up the account, along with its inventory was very straight forward..I'm really pleased how it has all gone..I like the fact that BYS also has an online shop and a shop at the reception..Excellent staff..Everyone at the Winterstoke Road depot is extremely helpful and friendly..It is much appreciated
