very good customer care from entering the door at reception

It was a few minutes to closing when I got there, and Jeanine stayed late to sign me up and explain everything. She was great.

Not the 30 sq. ft size unit for the 8 week length of time I was looking for available but price Good.

I got a funny shaped lot despite asking for a square one but the person booking me in was informative and nice.

Both Josh at Cambridge, when I went to check-in, and Janine at Bristol were so welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Although the removal team had arrived with the vans, I was not able to get there before 6.00 but Jeanine agreed to stay on until I arrived, which was at about 6.15. She was also very friendly and helpful when i got there - I feel that she went way beyond the normal call of duty.

Friendly and help staff

Everything we needed. Efficient, clean and friendly service. Harley at Ashton Gate was polite and helpful even though we arrived late.

Janine and Lee were super helpful

Jeneane was fantastic, explained everything fully, so I would highly recommend both her and the company. I have a small shed sized room which was ample for my storage needs
