Booking reservation easy to deal with. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Access was convenient and easy.

I was absolutely scatter brained this morning when I tried the whole check in thing. First time using any self storage and I'm not great with people or bright lights. The gentleman on the front desk was patient and kind even when I was being the opposite unintentionally. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for your kindness sir.

Lewis was very helpful in setting me up with passcodes etc.he also was very polite in listening to my reasons behind the hire of the storage locker. He was also very good at setting me at ease and explaining how the site works.The whole site was very tidy and well lit inside .It was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Lewis.

The Sales advisor who assisted me, Charlie Noble, was very knowledgable, chatty and helpful. They explained the entire process clearly and accommodated all my questions. I was warmly welcomed into the premises, even offered a cup of tea! The reception area was clean and tidy. Charlie was very thorough and talked me through the entire process. The other colleague (Deb? Sorry I can’t remember! - short hair dyed a lilac colour) was also very helpful. There was clearly a good relationship between staff and a jovial refreshing atmosphere. Charlie showed patience when I was unsure about which size of facility I needed, showing me different units. Charlie was also honest about what they thought I would need - taking my needs into account without attempting to oversell so I could make the correct purchase for me. Charlie also clearly explained how they calculated my insurance needs. I received all the promised documents by email, and Charlie had a very personable approach to the process - in short I was treated like an individual.
