Customer service was excellent and everything was straight forward

Facilities are great and the staff are even better. A very smooth and friendly process. I also really appreciate how well and clearly all in formation was relayed. Big up the staff!

Easy process arranging a room, with helpful staff. Having a one off out of hours access to get all my stuff in quickly was a bonus!

Very good customer service. Welcomed and everything explained well. I know the security has to be good but as I was moving a lot of stuff into storage, it was incredibly annoying having to plug in my security code for the lift every time, a key fob or card would be so much more efficient.

Very helpful advice and support from the office staff and very reliable and friendly service from the removal team on the day of the move.

Kind, friendly, polite and even brought a great sense of humour which was perfect. Both staff were supportive and even though it was close to finishing, we didn’t feel rushed.

From the very start the staff were friendly and very helpful. I arrived to drop my belongings off at 5.35 on a Friday and despite accessing the car park and building, could not access the storage area. I was completely stuck but an extremely helpful member of staff on the phone managed to get in touch with the manager and give me a temporary access code for only £5. It was an absolute life saver and I’m so thankful for the excellent service
