The initial enquiry was incredibly helpful and with costs so very stretched, discounts etc added were hugely important in our choosing to use your company. Amy Allen, whom I spoke with on the phone, was incredibly patient and thorough with me. Considering at that stage we were under no obligation to use you, she still went through everything with me and gave me everything I needed, with open and honest all inclusive quotes to help us budget. Her customer service was second to none. The online process with booking and adding the inventory/setting up the account was very straight forward and we preferred managing it that way at our own convenience. The move into storage was fine, there was a bit of a mix up with the overall cost but Lisa who was present at our move in, handled everything professionally and went through all our notes to make the amendments add up to what we had been quoted. She was polite and clear in explaining everything and showing us to our unit. She gave us some helpful tips and made our move in as stress free as it could be.

The process was very easy due to the support of your team on the phone and at the storage site.

Everything was made really easy by Janine. She explained everything clearly and concisely, walked me through all security procedures and protocols and helped me to understand the size of the stirage I would need. Janine also showed me the storage cavin which helped me gusge the size I would need which made everything really easy.

Straight forward, friendly yet proffessional

Online booking was very easy. I got a quote online and didn’t go ahead with it until I was certain I needed storage. I found it slightly intrusive that Big Yellow called me every day for a week after I got a quote online.

My initial enquiry was for a quote, customer service was second to none so I reserved. I set up with a lady named Jeanine whom advised me well and was extremely helpful

Jeanine handled my welcome and setup very well. We got everything done promptly, she was very accommodating and professional. Great service!
