Customer reviews for Bristol Central Self Storage

Shannon was very informative and made every step of the storage process easy to understand. Her high level of professionalism came with friendliness and an upbeat character full of smiles which made the whole experience easy to handle; we all know moving is stressful! I did not feel judged by her for wearing a onesie, and looking and smelling homeless. Overall, would recommend for promotion, bonus or a slice of cake.

There were some issues in sending the confirmation email initially but everything was handled well instore

Staff were helpful and friendly. From someone that has never used self storage they explained the process well and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Lisa and Lewis could not have been more helpful and professional.

Very helpful and professional attitude.

It was really easy. Any questions I had were answered quickly and simply

When I walked in I was u der so much stress but just talking to Jaenine helped me to calm down very quickly. She was full of empathy for me and my situation. It helped me tremendously because she put herself in my shoes and helped come up with the best price. Jaenine is definitely an asset to Yellow Storage! Please take good care of her as many organisations need people like her!

The two female members of staff on shift on Saturday 26th, 10/10 on customer service. I hope you praise them for their amazing service ????

The lady on the phone was really helpful and explained everything clearly, even down to making myself semi presentable for a photo!

I was very impressed with jennine’s helpfulness. She went out of her way to explain everything and help me with the “moving in” process. She is a quality Big Yellow employee, who gives you confidence to use the company again! Well done, and thank you. Give her a pay rise!!!
