Very well but the insurance came as a shock when checking in

Had never used a storage company before and from start to finish it was an easy process. I was delayed in moving in and the team consistently contacted me to help rearrange and when I (eventually!) turned up Lisa on reception was amazing. Had my details ready, talked me through everything and was totally friendly. So thank you!
