I am currently going through a divorce, whilst selling the marital home and buying myself a flat (2nd attempt as I had to pull out of the first sale) and am therefore facing a few weeks in a rented room along with my dog so... slightly stressed! EVERYONE at Big Yellow Storage has been AMAZING! I've had to change my move date, the size of the room I was renting from you and, because I work shifts and ride a bike I have been quite elusive in terms of coming in. So... Monday I arrive on my push bike, really wobbly as my husband was moving out that day and I get to register with Janine who I'd already spoken to on the phone. She was brilliant. Gentle, positive, kind and, helped me complete all the forms, price up my items, showed me the room I was renting and went through all the codes and protocol. I left feeling that actually, everything was going to be fine. So...thank you
