Good location nice staff secure

Steven explained very well. I felt it was easy but I didn’t quite feel like it’s too safe but it was quick and easy. Plus, Steven had great banter.

Good prices, super helpful staff (Kim). Easy to use, absolutely clear what I'm getting, very clear and concise walk through of how I access storage etc.

Very friendly and helpful team member. The follow up was good to ensure I checked in correctly, and gave me a call on the day I was due to check in just to ensure I did know the close / last appointment time. The building is easy to access and the whole building is very clean.

The service I received from Kendall at Bristol central was excellent he was very helpful and knowledgeable

Expecting go pay £15 week. Turned up to store to be told have to pay 8 weeks upfront and insurance per day (Not on emails or website).
