Excellent customer service from the staff especially Justin who was fantastic.

The staff were absolutely incredible, especially Lisa and Lewis (the manager). For what was an extremely stressful time they made the whole experience much more calming. Even though it was an tremendously busy time for them, they made me feel very valued and could not do enough to help. I really cannot thank them enough. It is very rare that you get such amazing customer service, they are a true credit to Big Yellow and the business.

Online quote was simple and quick. Staff (Lewis) when I phoned were helpful and polite and gave me all the info I needed. Then when I came in the process was simple and again the staff (Lewis) was very helpful and friendly.

Lisa at Big Yellow Storage - Bristol Central provided me with excellent customer service during the checking in process. She was very friendly and approachable. She clearly explained all the forms that I needed to complete and showed me how to access my storage unit. Lisa also provided me with discount off a mattress protector and sofa covers which I really appreciated as this helped to protect my furniture during the moving in process.

Staff were very helpful both over the phone and at the centre. All my queries are dealt with very quickly. I think the staff member helping me most was Kendall.

The booking and check in processes were quick and simple, the employees on the day were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and I feel confident that my items are safe and secure where they are.

The check in process was really quick and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Not too expensive compared to other storage units.
