Very simple to use, helped me and my sister in law book storage in 2 simple phone calls, the actual booking, payment and usage of the storage unit was made easy by the friendly staff at Bristol central, thankyou all.
Imagine that something as boring and painful as storing personal effects could be such a positive experience. The people @ Big Yellow Bristol Central were first class, as was the facility itself. I cannot recommend this place or the staff highly enough. Even things like the map on the website plus the directions to find the place itself were clearly designed by intelligent people.

Great customer service with straight forward access. Ask about 24 hour access as this was my only flaw, wasn't informed about my options. otherwise top quality storage and have no worries about leaving my possessions there for 3 months
