I feel that big Yellow has a good quality product, but needs to explain more clearly the out of hours access, although that is in the hand book, but should be flagged up by reception. They are polite and helpful, but I found the lifts a little slow. The one thing I have suggested they address is there is no brake on the trolley's. This can make it difficult if you are loading heavier items to keep the trolley still. Otherwise I would recommend them highly.

Easy to use, trollys provided for easy moving of items from vans into the storage units. Lifts provided so no carrying of items at all required. Secure, clean and practical. Would recomend to anyone in the need of storage. Nice to know that even though you may be on the other side of the world your possesions are safe!!

The store is really conveniently located and easy to access. I was very happy with the welcoming staff who were very flexible and adaptable to the needs of the customer. We had to change rooms around and they were fine with that!

Does what it says on the tin. All arranged over the phone in an instant and with no fuss. When we arrived we needed a bigger unit that the one we had booked but it was no problem and the manager sorted it out for us instantly. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I'd happily recommend their services to anyone wanting hassle free, affordable storage.

This is my second time using the branch and as usual the service was excellent. I called up to make my phone reservation and collected my codes and moved in 30mins later. The staff were friendly and helpful and even gave me late night access for a night free of charge and let me leave my bike outside when I was pressed for time. I willl use them again & again and have recommended them to ALL friends!

We have had all our belongings moved from France to Yellow storage without being fisically involved, our family was able to handle this end with every assistance and equipment available, vwhilst we were still in France, we have every faith that our belongings are safe and secure until we need to move them, in our case 2 months. My family have also happily used these facilities. It takes all the worry out of what could be a stressful situation.

Great place to get rid of all that stuff getting in the way at home. really helpful and friendly staff. would recommend although a discount would be appreciated after 12 months continuous use !

i was very pleased with the help of the staff there was only 1 thing that your website failed to inform me of the deposit required other than that the whole experience was brilliant.
