This was my first time using storage of any kind and I initally found it difficult to choose the size of room I needed. The online booking form didn't help much so I went down in person and not only got a good deal, but was able to see the rooms for myself and ask loads of questions - the staff at Bristol Central were very helpful and even stayed late to allow me to move the last of my stuff in. I was dissapointed to see that there's an affiliate scheme with a local van company for reduced rates, after I hired my van. This wasn't clear on the website at all and wasn't pointed out to me in person. Overall, the customer service was great. Price was fair, and I was very happy with security and access. The website wasn't clear enough and the quotes I got didn't match the price I ended up with but apart from that.. happy customer!

With a gap of several days between completing on my house sale and moving into alternative accommodation, I couldn't have asked for a better solution to my storage issue. Conveniently located 2 miles from home, reasonably priced, secure, easily accessible units - couldn't have managed without Big Yellow. Brilliant staff - friendly and efficient - many thanks to you all.

Everything about Big Yellow is excellent, If I had to be picky, it can be a little slow in the lift when it's busy but this is beyond Big Yellow's control and I can't mark down on the stars because of this. Thank you for a 10/10 service.

I have been really impressed with the service provided at Big Yellow, and the storage facilities. In particular I was impressed with the security on site. I feel confident in leaving my belongings in their care. It is the first time I have ever had to use self storage, and I have been really impressed with the staff. They have been really helpful and have answered all my questions no matter how petty they are, and never made me feel stupid for asking them. Great experience, would definitely recommend to others and use again.

Have used you for moving needs before as everything necessary is available and at reasonable cost. Staff are generally most helpful. Longer term storage may be daunting as we are now on a fixed income but it is the best around. Had to use an open storage facility years ago; stuff went missing and there was no ready access. Security here is as good as it can be.

It would be useful to have a larger open area to drive up to on busier days, weekends for example, when alot of people are moving items in and out. Also all the lifts were not always working.

arrived at opening time and was greeted by a lady who complained indirectly to me about customes that turn up as soon as the store opened before even greeting, wierd)!

Imagine that something as boring and painful as storing personal effects could be such a positive experience. The people @ Big Yellow Bristol Central were first class, as was the facility itself. I cannot recommend this place or the staff highly enough. Even things like the map on the website plus the directions to find the place itself were clearly designed by intelligent people.
