We have out of hours access which is essential for our business, and is one of the main reasons we went with yellow storage. It feels safe and secure going there out of hours and we believe our things are in safe hands.
I am self- employed and have several jobs. They often take me out of the city. I had used other storage companies before but Big Yellow had a brilliant offer that meant I could store my life for 4 months but for the price of 2 ! On top of that their facilities were much more clean and secure. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Really enjoyed storing with big yellow - easy to manoevre trolleys (although sometimes not quite enough of them at peak times), really easy operation, and very good competitive promotions on longer periods of storage. I did get abit scared visiting alone at night but that's due to an over active imagination and thinking of The Shining! having the radio on throughout the building really helps! would definitely use again.
Having storage space has been a godsend for me. And Big Yellow is just there. No fuss. I can access it when I want without any problem at all. It's efficient, professional and easy.
