Customer reviews for Bristol Central Self Storage

the are is well organised with a lot of parking space and friendly staff

My wife and I found the booking-in experience fantastic! The lady who helped us really did know her job and told us exactly what we needed to know without a lot of extra bits which were not relevant. Well done to your member of staff and we would like to thank 'Yellow Box' for the facility!

Big Yellow Self Storage was convenient and easy to use.

It was so easy and simple to set up. Staff are very helpful and it took no time at all to get it all booked. Moved my stuff in there and then!

I was impressed with the service, the staff was friendly and helpful and the environment was clean and well maintained. Willing to use it when next i need a storage and happy to recommend it to friends at any time.

I used the storage while I was moving between homes, I wsa very impressed with the convenience of storing all my wordly goods in a safe environment...the staff were great too!

service was very convinient and affordable for a good space and the staff is great with good and positive attitude and i felt my staff was very safe in the storage.would definately recommend a friend or family

Easy to use, trollys provided for easy moving of items from vans into the storage units. Lifts provided so no carrying of items at all required. Secure, clean and practical. Would recomend to anyone in the need of storage. Nice to know that even though you may be on the other side of the world your possesions are safe!!

I feel that big Yellow has a good quality product, but needs to explain more clearly the out of hours access, although that is in the hand book, but should be flagged up by reception. They are polite and helpful, but I found the lifts a little slow. The one thing I have suggested they address is there is no brake on the trolley's. This can make it difficult if you are loading heavier items to keep the trolley still. Otherwise I would recommend them highly.

I used big yellow as a storage place for a week in between moving from one rented property to another which as a student I do yearly, this year was the easiest and quickest I have done the move made 10 times easier through using big storage. Friendly staff, the trollies were ever so useful, good security, all in all a good experience! and not too painful on the pocket.
