i was very pleased with the help of the staff there was only 1 thing that your website failed to inform me of the deposit required other than that the whole experience was brilliant.
Access to storage is excellent, Big Yellow provides you with trolleys of any size to help you move your belongings about. Every time I've been there the environment was very clean and the staff helpful. I've had my possessions in storage there for 2 and half years and i have not regretted it. I live now 200 miles away from Bristol but somehow I know my belongings are safe.
It was nice experience, easy and secure. Just to remember to have your own lock when you go for the first time as buying lock from big yellow was expensive. Everything else was great
Big Yellow is definately Hassle Free, Easy access. I store in North Finchley and Bristol. I would prefer calender month billing. 4-week invoicing in inconvenient. Recycling facilities would be useful.
