I'd like to say a massive thank you to the team, starting with Tim. We were searching urgently for a storage option for the same day. We had just obtained a quote and were on the website trying to orientate (first time needing storage, so there were a few things to consider), Tim proactively phoned me, gave me all the details, and answered my questions. Then, when we arrived a couple of hours later, he walked me through everything again, which was really reassuring, and advised us on our options. Importantly, he offered to showed us the different space sizes, which made a massive difference! If we hadn't gone and seen with our own eyes (and taken a bigger space), we'd have caused ourselves a lot of stress on an already hectic day. From start to finish, right through to checkout and sorting my bill and deposit refund, he went above and beyond. I also dealt with Nick and Charlie, who both replied promptly and were great too. We were in and out, it all went smoothly, despite the app (that we used to unlock doors and lifts) having quite a low rating. It worked without a hitch. The extended working hours were a great option to have (not sure if that's something only Big Yellow offers) - as these things go, vans get delayed etc, so having that flexibility really helped.
