The whole process was smooth and stress free thanks to their excellent customer service. The facility was clean, secure, and well organised too. Tim was really helpful in making sure I had the correct storage unit in terms of size and also shape, explained procedures really well and helped with recommendations for extras I would need whilst storing my things.
