Helpful and efficient staff who made everything very easy

I have been a customer for almost 4 years and the service has been great. Someone is always on hand to help. If I call and have to leave a message, someone always calls me back within an hour or 2 and my query is delt with quickly and efficiently. I have moved rooms today and the moving process is very straightforward. Nick and Jo are extremely helpful, thank you for a stress free service every time!

Nick and Joe, were super helpful and we were looked after with great care and attention. Nothing was too big or small for them and made us very super welcome. Would defiantly recommend!

Accidentally arrived a bit late for check-in, but Joe was very kind and efficient! Warning though, you do not get access to the storage 24/7
