It was my first time at yellow box I was at the bromley branch and Harley was brilliant very patient with me and my partne help us pick the right storage box we needed to put our belonging what more can I say thanks again to Harley Harley

Customer service was outstanding, you didn't try any hard selling tactics, instead the staff members I deal with offered really helpful advice, provided solutions and were happy to support me with filling the required forms. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The whole process works very smoothly and was very clearly explained. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Booking the unit online was very straightforward and the attractive deal of 50% off for the first eight weeks was a key factor in my decision making.

Good communication throughout the set up process - I knew what to expect ahead of arriving. The member of staff was very welcoming (offering refreshment etc), extremely courteous and clear when explaining things. The facilities were excellent, clean and well presented.

Service is consistently reliable, it does just what it says on the tin. I would recommend for short- to mid-term storage.
