The staff member, Ellie, was excellent Really informative, welcoming, freindly and helpful. Offered us drinks, showed us around th facility including the recommended room, and advised us on other options. We wereade to feel very welcome. Ellie deserves a 5 star rating for her welcome and her knowledge of the service.

Very easy to use, very fair pricing policy - I only used the store for 13 days, and only paid for that small duration. And staff were very friendly and helpful
