Very helpful. Very understanding. Sorted my room so easily where i needed a bigger storage. Charlotte made us a nice cup of coffee while she done the paperwork. In a word awesome.

As I required more space I had no choice but to pay the fees but found that access was significantly cheaper for the same space, I purchased 100sqf
