Friendly staff, very patient and everything explained well.

Staff were superb. Sonny and Sophie both so helpful.

Sophie & Sonny are simply fantastic. Friendly, helpful & efficient. They've been like a calm in a storm with the chaos of moving etc. The other chap, i cant recall his name - who works weekends, is also lovely & friendly. I can't remember the last time i enjoyed a client service interaction as much as I have with your team.

Excellent customer service. The check-in process seems OTT, but I decided not to deduct a point for that as Alex and his colleagues were so good.

I found that the staff were really friendly and welcoming. They answered all questions I had and took the time to explain the process and costs that would be involved, even acknowledging when a miscalculation had been made and correcting this before I had noticed.

The online process is really good. But better than that Alex at Camberley made everything really simple over the phone answering my queries and helping me finish my inventory and provided me lots of clear explanations about insurance (that i took from you) access to my storage and was super helpful. Sophie as well who i understand is new to the team was so friendly and great to have another helping hand
