Staff very professional and helpful, explained everything in an easy to understand way, took me through everything when starting the rental so I knew how everything worked.

Sophie & Sonny are simply fantastic. Friendly, helpful & efficient. They've been like a calm in a storm with the chaos of moving etc. The other chap, i cant recall his name - who works weekends, is also lovely & friendly. I can't remember the last time i enjoyed a client service interaction as much as I have with your team.

Excellent customer service. The check-in process seems OTT, but I decided not to deduct a point for that as Alex and his colleagues were so good.

I found that the staff were really friendly and welcoming. They answered all questions I had and took the time to explain the process and costs that would be involved, even acknowledging when a miscalculation had been made and correcting this before I had noticed.

Very professional, and responsive to emails/calls etc.
