Strait forward and easy

Very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clearly explained by Alex and Sonny. They made a stressful situation feel better. The storage size recommended was perfect.

Fantastic service from the beginning, great communication from both Manchester and Camberley branch.

Online check in very easy. On arrival, welcome was warm and details of move in were explained very well. Also, the flexibility of room size and location within the facility was excellent.

Excellent service, competitively priced, friendly and informative staff, including manager. There is a choice of local storage services. However, Big Yellow stood out against the rest because of the customer service. This box won't let me delete/amend the two following words!! services similar

Friendly and helpful man at reception. I was concerned about the size of the unit I had booked and he was happy to show me the one I had booked and then the size up so that I could decide. He explained that the video needed updating because I had been given a code that was 9 digits and I saw on the video it was 6 digits. He gave my two helpers and me some water as we clearly needed it. He did offer coffee, it was a warm day and it was lovely.

Sophie from the camberley branch has exceptional customer skills, she make everyone feels so welcome and is very knowledgeable of the business and is able to handle all situations with a smile. Big Yellow should know she is definately an asset to your organisation.
