Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Alex, Alex and Sonny checked in regularly in the lead up to check in so I could edit details to make sure the service met the needs required.
All of the team especially both people called Alex were very professional and accurate/not misleading with how everything worked , they answered all my calls and queries with high levels of professionalism and solutions to all questions
