We first met Erin and Charlie when we simply walked through the door to buy a few storage boxes. They were both welcoming, friendly and professional and made sure we had everything we wanted before we left. We are facing a stressful move in the future and this will be further complicated by my wife's chronic illness, so any encounter with kind people is a moment when stressed is at it's lowest. Erin and Charlie exude kindness! As a result of that meeting we returned about a week or so later and met Dale who again welcomed us and very professionally arranged our storage space. He explained everything very clearly and nothing was too much trouble to him.

Erin and Dale were excellent and the customer service was second to none. They explained everything clearly and with a smile on their face, they were welcoming and made sure I understood all aspects of the contract, access to and from the building.

The whole process was straightforward and efficient . The staff, Erin and Charlie were a shining example of excellent customer service.

Professionally and accommodating to my needs

When I called to enquire, the lady was very helpful and reserved a unit for me without putting any pressure on me to part with any monies. I was kept updated with regular emails of what was required of me and giving me online access to add details before I got to the storage facility. Upon arrival at the storage facility, Erin handled me on the day and she couldn't have been more helpful. She took me to view the unit, which soon became apparent that I would need a much bigger one. She took me back to the office and found me a bigger unit without any problems. She was very empathetic, with a positive can do attitude. She could see how upset I was and she calmed me down and found a solution that worked for us both. Erin was my angel.

Erin & Alex made the whole experience hassle free when i went to enquire about storage & explained the process which made my first experience a breeze.

Answered all our questions with excellent knowledge. Charlie is also very friendly and personable, give her a pay rise as good staff are hard to find!
