When I called to enquire, the lady was very helpful and reserved a unit for me without putting any pressure on me to part with any monies. I was kept updated with regular emails of what was required of me and giving me online access to add details before I got to the storage facility. Upon arrival at the storage facility, Erin handled me on the day and she couldn't have been more helpful. She took me to view the unit, which soon became apparent that I would need a much bigger one. She took me back to the office and found me a bigger unit without any problems. She was very empathetic, with a positive can do attitude. She could see how upset I was and she calmed me down and found a solution that worked for us both. Erin was my angel.

Answered all our questions with excellent knowledge. Charlie is also very friendly and personable, give her a pay rise as good staff are hard to find!
