I checked in online followed by a courtesy call from an assistant in Camberley branch. She was very helpful and even offered me a larger space when she saw what we needed to store - which I felt was extremely helpful.

Erin dealt with everything really effectively and was very welcoming.

First contact via email, followed by a pleasant phone conversation then finally the meet, tour and final paperwork, all handled really well

First class customer service, facilities, cleanliness. Booked into the Camberley unit had originally booked a smaller unit but without any trouble was offered a larger one which saved me soo much time and effort. Very well done team
