Storage is storage right? Not with Big Yellow Camberley. I arrived expecting the usual: fluorescent lighting, cold corridors, and a vague sense that my belongings were being judged. Instead, I was greeted like I’d popped in for brunch. There was lovely coffee. The team were genuinely welcoming, helpful, and impressively calm considering the lifts had decided to take an unscheduled holiday. Who knew checking in could be such a pleasant experience? If all storage places were like this, people would store things recreationally. Five stars. Would absolutely store again.

Great place to keep items in storage.

Fantastic customer service at the big yellow. Aaron was welcoming and friendly and explained everything clearly and succinctly. Great cup of tea too, wonderful ☺️

Aaron was brilliant at helping us get set up. We found that we needed a larger unit and he managed to get us upgraded and we had a great discount applied. All very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

Great storage facility and great staff

Arron, Alex and Sophie were all fantastic and made a stressful situation as simple as possible. I was showed around the units to find the perfect size, they were super friendly, and very patient. 10/10 would recommend
