Arron, Alex and Sophie were all fantastic and made a stressful situation as simple as possible. I was showed around the units to find the perfect size, they were super friendly, and very patient. 10/10 would recommend

First time user of Big Yellow. I appreciated that I was able to fully sign up and check in online before hand, saving me a lot of time on my first visit to drop off my belongings. I arrived on the Sunday. I had to phone to get into the complex and it was answered quickly by Aaron, who let me in. I needed to sign the contract, and just as we were about to do that, Big Yellow's entire computer system failed. I must compliment Aaron on the very professional way he handled the situation. It meant reverting to a paper based system, which was going to take time. He was very apologetic, and offered coffee. He also suggested he could let me in to the storage area so I could load in my stuff while he readied the paperwork. I appreciated this attention to the importance of my time. By the time I had finished loading, the computer system had come back up, and so everything was concluded a short while after. Big Yellow seem highly professional, and they are lucky to have staff of the calibre of Aaron. Thank you!
