Very well. I have used Big Yellow multiple times and I am sure I'll use it again in the future.

First class from start to finish

it was easy to do on line, easier then i tnought it woyld be. i then got a call back from a young lady erin who answed all the questions i had. i then went down to yellow storage the next day to do paperwork and bought in id. erin was there very friendy went though everyting with me. and made me feel at ease.

Staff were very helpful and explained everything, booking and moving in was easy.

It was handled brilliantly, very helpful and accommodating.

i was surprised how easy and professional my experience was from start to finish. The website is simple to use and the follow call from from the manager was unexpected but very welcoming and professional. Right from the beginning we have been treated very well, Keith & Erin who we have met so far have been very helpful & very knowledgable.

I initially emailed to find out costing (not expecting to agree to anything that night) I received a phone call a few minuets later from Fiona who was very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free.

My first time with Big Yellow and Alana & Jonny at the Camberley branch were extremely helpful with their advice, reassuring, friendly, and their guidance made me feel at ease. The storage excursion was precise and clear - excellent. It's an excellent service showing the size of storage and being able to change requirement on the spot. The overall experience was top class. An observation is that as a single 62 year old female and only 5'2", I had to increase the size of storage as I do not have the strength or assistance to pile heavy boxes on top of each other. I had to take a larger storage so that my goods were accessible at a lower level.
