Right from the beginning we have been treated very well, Keith & Erin who we have met so far have been very helpful & very knowledgable.
I initially emailed to find out costing (not expecting to agree to anything that night) I received a phone call a few minuets later from Fiona who was very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free.
My first time with Big Yellow and Alana & Jonny at the Camberley branch were extremely helpful with their advice, reassuring, friendly, and their guidance made me feel at ease. The storage excursion was precise and clear - excellent. It's an excellent service showing the size of storage and being able to change requirement on the spot. The overall experience was top class. An observation is that as a single 62 year old female and only 5'2", I had to increase the size of storage as I do not have the strength or assistance to pile heavy boxes on top of each other. I had to take a larger storage so that my goods were accessible at a lower level.

You on site service was great BUT your administration leaves something to be desired. ) I was told S27 and then given R27 2) The invoice came back with S27 on it 3) I replied and told then R27 4) The replacement invoice came back with R67 What can I say?
The facility is clean, tidy, well executed - perfect for my requirements and Erin the Manager is amazing.
Easy to obtain a quote on-line. My request was followed up by a telephone call from my local branch. The person I spoke to was very helpful in helping me decide which size unit to rent.
