Excellent and friendly.

Aaron was absolutely brilliant. My partner Andy and I visited after work during the week and he explained everything to us. It was not stress free at all and it was made incredibly easy. On Saturday 2nd Feb when we went in to finalise paperwork, we were made a cup of tea by Aarons’s colleague and shown to our unit. We must have looked surprised and he reassured us if it didn’t meet with our requirements there weee ways they could help us. I cannot thank Aaron enough he was great and made what could’ve been a stressful situation fun.
