Sophie was amazing! She baked the best little treats when I was there and made me feel so welcome. You get a lovely personal touch here at Big Yellow Camberley, and Sophie is to thank for this.

I would give 10 stars if I could to Alex. He educated me on the difference between Big Yellow and its competitors in such a respectful way! Although it is a bit more expensive, you are paying for the best quality. I know I'm in great hands with Alex and the team, and my Great Grandfather's possessions will be nothing but safe and secure in my unit :)

Could not recommend this branch enough, it's worth paying a bit more for the customer service and the convenience alone. Really modern and clean storage units.
