The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. I didn’t do the online check in before coming over and he helped me sort things out quickly. The storage space is well maintained and safe. Definitely recommend!

I had a very last-minute change of travel plans and needed to store my belongings urgently at Big Yellow Self Storage in Cambridge. The team there was incredibly helpful and kind, making what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. I stored my items on June 7, 2025, just before closing time, and the supervisor on duty was especially supportive—even though I unfortunately didn’t catch their name. I truly appreciated the team’s professionalism and willingness to help at the end of the day. Highly recommended.
