Excellent customer service! The whole team has talked me through the process, which has been really helpful as this is my first time using storage and I'm going through a difficult move. The whole facility is easy to use and well managed. The air con was really nice as well!

The service I received was outstanding. I was moving from Exeter to Canterbury and spent the whole day driving in the heat and lots of traffic, and arrived 10 minutes after closing time. Armadillo Canterbury stayed open and waited for me which was so kind, I wish I could remember the name of the staff member who stayed and took the time to explain the whole process to me despite working overtime. I sincerely appreciated the flexibility and co-operation, would absolutely recommend

Very warm welcome from Simon, he explained everything to do with the storage units, the rules, how the payments work and come out. He showed me around the facility and a smaller unit incase I wanted it as I knew the one I had was too big...

Staff is friendly, efficient and flexible, helped me work through the volume of my contents, space and duration of storage required, and the plan with the best price.

The welcome process was very well thought through. Whilst I was finishing the admin (insurance, policy docs, contracts, etc) my removals guys were able to start loading into the units. Access and all lifts / trolleys clean and in excellent working order. Very friendly reception staff, very helpful.
