Everyone listened when I explained that the online form was posing problems for me and found ways round the problem. The patient and kind understanding from the whole team when circumstances delayed the date on which my goods could be moved into storage and the length of time that I might need the unit, took away so much stress. Simon's help in guiding me through the procedures and the final form made the whole process much easier than I had expected and feared. Thank you to everyone at Armadillo.

Excellent customer service! The whole team has talked me through the process, which has been really helpful as this is my first time using storage and I'm going through a difficult move. The whole facility is easy to use and well managed. The air con was really nice as well!

The service I received was outstanding. I was moving from Exeter to Canterbury and spent the whole day driving in the heat and lots of traffic, and arrived 10 minutes after closing time. Armadillo Canterbury stayed open and waited for me which was so kind, I wish I could remember the name of the staff member who stayed and took the time to explain the whole process to me despite working overtime. I sincerely appreciated the flexibility and co-operation, would absolutely recommend

Very warm welcome from Simon, he explained everything to do with the storage units, the rules, how the payments work and come out. He showed me around the facility and a smaller unit incase I wanted it as I knew the one I had was too big...
