Very efficient and friendly

The staff where really friendly and showed me where my storage unit was and how to use the door code and told me where the lifts were and where the trolleys were kept.

Very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the right storage unit. Allowed a one off late entry as we had a long journey.

Customer service was great. Simon (and Will) went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained properly and made the whole process easy and reassuring. To be honest it was the friendly and professional attitude of Simon which finalised my decision to rent the office space.
