Were very quick to follow up enquiry. They also gave me some valuable advice. Was asked to consider that the space I was looking for might be too large, and I might save money by getting somthing a little smaller, which was appreciated. They also pointed out that I could downsize at any point if I wished which I hadn't considered.

I first approached them with an enquiry and spoke to Will at the Canterbury branch. He was extremely helpful and showed me around and explained everything thoroughly; nothing was too much trouble for them. I reserved the unit and then had to contact them at short notice, with my moving day. As I have mentioned, nothing was too much trouble and when I arrived with my furniture, Will made me a cup of tea, which was extremely well received, as all I wanted to do at that point was have a breather from a very trying day. The move into the storage unit went very smoothly, and I felt safe in the knowledge that my items are secure and well looked after. Thank you
