The whole experience has been very easy and stress free. Everything was explained fully and staff either emailed or phoned me directly.

Excellent service, I booked considerably in advance of move in date and was kept informed and updated not just by email but also by phone which is a nice personal touch

The whole experience was good and easy. Will explained the procedures thoroughly, he also passed on tips on possible obstacles that we may encounter, which have already been learnt, he then took us through the premises (social distancing) to our storeroom, we used our passwords to access. We then returned three times with our property later in the evening and everything ran smoothly for us on each occasion. Thank you.

Extremely helpful staff excellent customer service

Will Diver and Dan were so helpful and understanding. My communication with them on the phone setting up my storage and on the day of moving in was stress-free. Will, especially on the day, was very helpful.

Will was fantastic making what could have been a difficult experience simple. We were impressed with the alterations and adaptability of Armadillo during these special times. 10 out of 10 or more!
