From 1st phone call, to moving in, everything went smoothly and was handled very well.

The service is honestly amazing, since my first enquiry the team members were really helpful and so nice. It was the first time I booked the storage and they explained the whole process really well and gave us advice. Every step of the way they provided us with professional assistance and did it with a smile.

Staff, both on phone and in store, were excellent. Very friendly and explained everything very clearly. Safety measures, due to COVID, were excellent.

Excellent service, I booked considerably in advance of move in date and was kept informed and updated not just by email but also by phone which is a nice personal touch

The whole experience was good and easy. Will explained the procedures thoroughly, he also passed on tips on possible obstacles that we may encounter, which have already been learnt, he then took us through the premises (social distancing) to our storeroom, we used our passwords to access. We then returned three times with our property later in the evening and everything ran smoothly for us on each occasion. Thank you.
