He confirmed my arrival time beforehand, so that I didn't have to worry about it, helped me sorting out details and paperwork and made my removal on the day quick and easy. His outstanding commitment, competency, and understanding of my situation was a big relief during the stressful process of moving houses. He really did his best to make sure everything went smoothless. Thank you so much for that - I couldn't be more grateful! I also found the website and online booking process very straightforward and efficient.

I found it really easy to get a quote, book and check in online. An employee called ahead to prepare our move. Another took care of us at your quarters and showed us everything we needed to know and he made us feel welcome. I believe his name is Will.
