When I registered they were all really friendly and helpful and they fully explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. They then showed me to my locker and thoroughly explained the whole process on how to do everything.

The man on reception was very polite and very helpful. There were trolleys to make the loading easy with lifts too. The information was very clear.

Whilst initially the call centre I booked through booked the wrong city luckilyi noticed and they changed it. When I got to Canterbury site a week early to check the room it was full! "nothing in my size was left but the two great customer services men managed to upgrade me. Well done them
