Very good service overall - explanation of the terms and conditions and introduction to the unit were particularly good. The only improvement I would suggest is on price, as this unit is not the cheapest on the market in this city currently.

Sian who originally sold us the Big Yellow Storage was very personable but i'd like to give a special mention to the gentleman that set us up on the day. Neil Brown was incredible, an absolutely lovely gentleman and 10/10 staff member. so much patience!
