Both ladies on reception were very informative and helpful when inquiring and when filling in the paper work once everything was completed.

The facility is very well designed and everything seems to have been thought of. After submitting a quote request online, I appreciated being called by a member of your team to discuss the reasons for my enquiry and my specific needs. The person on the reception I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful and talked me through all steps very politely and informatively.

Customer service face to face was especially good as I was extremely tired from moving from overseas and needed help.

James was very helpful and informative and the sign up process was quick.

Great value for money, efficient & friendly staff. Practical unloading bays and lift large enough for 2 trolley loads.

Marcus Hacker was the epitome of perfect customer service. Friendly, professional, efficient, and thoroughly knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and the products. The units are secure, dry and well laid out.

Amazing service. Lovely staff. Very detailed tour and explanation of the site. Would recommend to a friend to use if they need storage help.
