Friendly staff, great space and efficient service

Marcus Hacker was the epitome of perfect customer service. Friendly, professional, efficient, and thoroughly knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and the products. The units are secure, dry and well laid out.

Customer service was excellent on the phone and in person at Big Yellow. The service was straight forward and well organised with very little paperwork to fill out once the check-in was done at home, it made the experience so much easier and quicker.

Handy and informative. Everything was easy to navigate, and Paul at Brighton was very helpful, showing me an example of the space size, and going through all security, etc.

Professional customer service. It was my first time using such thing like storage and Fenton helped me to understand the whole process and answered all my questions right away
