Very clean and great security and staff

Excellent customer care. Clean and easy to use facility. Would definitely recommend. So sorry I can’t remember the names of the two gentlemen I felt with at the Cardiff branch but they were so accommodating. Even got be some water as I started coughing. Such caring members of your team.

I was unable to check in online because of my international number. I was asked to send all the necessary documents and information via email and you would do the check in process for me
