Initial enquiry was helpful. Then spoke to people in Cardiff (Cardiff contacted me personally after booking centrally, which was really useful). Popped along, got lots of advice, picked up boxes. Not sure what else I can say, other than in the Cardiff store - genuinely really good people, sense of humour, professional, helpful. And, I am a really fussy person!
