Straightforward and easy to understand

Superb support on phone following booking enquiry. Website brilliant for check in. Fenton (Cardiff) was excellent at reception on the day.

My initial enquiry was by e mail. Within an hour I had a call from the lovely helpful Sahil. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and invited me to go in and have a look around. He was there the next day and was very helpful. It was very well explained and backed up with an e mail. I registered online which was easy and took about 10 minutes but this took a lot of the work out of the day when I went for the keys. I met Fenton and he was very helpful and patient. He explained everything again and took me up to my space to show it to me again. They are a lovely team who work together very well. Couldn’t be happier.
